Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns/refunds up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and there will be a dismounting fee of $100 if a wheel/tire package was purchased. These fee’s will be waived if exclusive tires is found to be at fault. If items being returned are damaged during transit, we won’t be able to give out any credit.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@exclusivetires.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Pricing Policies
Exclusivetires.com does its best to keep product prices accurate, but sometimes pricing errors do occur. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, reject, or limit the quantities of any order placed due to any and all pricing errors. We will notify you if there is a pricing discrepancy of the product(s) you ordered. If your credit card or PayPal account is charged and if the product ordered is unavailable, we will make all attempts to issue a refund promptly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Product Availability
We try to keep inventory the best we can, however there will be times that it can be inaccurate. Keeping stock accurate is a continuous process, so if there is an order processed where an item is unavailable, we will notify the customer immediately and process a refund.
Warranty Claims
For any warranty issues, claims should be followed up with manufacturer, or by contacting us to assist any claims. Shipping for warranty claims should be handled by customer and exclusivetires.com will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
Cancelling Orders
Any products that is special order, can be cancelled within the same day of ordering. Any cancellation notices after the day of ordering will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Products that have been packaged for shipping or shipped, can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship out normally between 2-3 days after payment has been cleared. Customer will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping.
A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment of your order. With information on how to check status of shipment.
Free shipping only applies to residents of the continental United States. Extra charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO. A sales representative will contact you regarding the extra shipping costs.
